Hi Julie, thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. First of all, can you introduce yourself and explain to us what pushed you to launch Kiara Hair Spa?

Hello, I'm Julie, the happy founder of Kiara Hair Spa.

After working more than 20 years as hairdresser, my shoulder gave out... It's a painful experience that unfortunately many of us in this profession have to go through. At the same time, my youngest son experienced health issues that made me realize how precious time spent with my children was.

I went through difficult times but, rather than letting myself get discouraged, I decided to reinvent myself and capitalize on my hair expertise to launch a new project, a project that would allow me to spend more time with my family without abandoning my passion.

A little over a year ago I launched Kiara Care, a brand of natural, vegan hair cosmetics made in France which reflects my values, which has been very successful and of which I am extremely proud.

Despite this, one thing was missing: direct contact with my clients! I still felt this need to meet them, talk with them and take care of their hair, whatever their hair texture.

The beauty of the Head Spa is that by offering them this Japanese scalp massage, I can - in addition to providing them with an experience of exceptional well-being - act on the blood circulation of their scalp and allow them to regain hair. healthy, soft and shiny.

It was therefore quite natural that I decided to embark on this adventure. I wanted to create a space where my clients (most of whom I have known for many years) could relax and recharge their batteries while taking care of their hair.

Why the Head Spa?

Since the launch of Kiara Care, I naturally spend a lot of time on social networks: keeping up to date with new trends is essential and I take great pleasure in discovering the treatments that are creating the buzz.

We also launched the Kiara Care professional range. Thanks to her, I meet hairdressing professionals every week and we discuss new trends in hairdressing and hair care.

The Head Spa trend couldn't escape me and I decided to get in on it pretty early. Today, thanks to Kiara Hair Spa, I have found the customer contact that I missed so much and I can continue to make a living from my passion.

How is your passion for hair reflected in your new activity?

My vision of wellness and hair health is reflected in every aspect of my work. From the choice of ingredients used in Kiara Care Rituals to the atmosphere I have created in my salon, I do my best to provide my clients with a holistic experience. Soothing and effective, the protocol I created allows them to leave with more beautiful and healthier hair, but also with a feeling of calm and serenity.

I strongly believe in the importance of authenticity and overall well-being, which is why I ensure that they feel pampered and cared for from the moment they walk through the door of Kiara Hair Spa. This is what makes me strong and what allows me to retain them.
