Refund policy

1- RETURN

If any of our "in-stock" items (hair rituals or hair massage and diagnostic accessories) are not suitable, the customer can return them to Sakura Head Spa within 30 days of receiving the package. In order for the return to be accepted, the customer must inform Sakura Head Spa of the reasons for the return of the merchandise. After this step, it is imperative that the returned items show no signs of use and are returned in their original packaging without any damage.

Paid items will be refunded via bank transfer or exchanged as requested by the customer (once the return has been validated by Sakura Head Spa).

Shipping costs and any customs fees related to the return of the merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and will not be borne by Sakura Head Spa.

For custom-made products (including the Head Spa), the following conditions will apply:

If the customer finds that the delivered product has a non-conformity, they must immediately inform Sakura Head Spa by email at bonjour@sakuraheadspa.com, specifying the reasons why they believe the product does not conform to their order. If Sakura Head Spa confirms that the product has an issue and if rectification or a new delivery is not possible, the customer will have the option to receive a refund for their order.

2- WARRANTY

All our products come with a one-year warranty.

This warranty against manufacturing defects starts from the date of delivery of the products.

The customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt to check for any apparent defects in material and workmanship, as well as any damage caused during transport.

Any services or repairs performed on your product purchased from Sakura Head Spa must be done by repair partners of Sakura Head Spa. If this condition is not met, the international warranty for your product will no longer be valid.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect use of the products and failure to follow the instructions for use.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product and its deterioration over time.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
